OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Promoter The promoter is GMK acting on behalf of Beretta, with its registered address at [Bear House, Concorde Way, Fareham, PO15 5RL, United Kingdom].
• Eligibility & Limitations This giveaway is open to attendees of the British Shooting Show 2026, taking place February 13th – 15th, 2026. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to complete the survey and claim a cap. By completing the survey, the participant confirms they meet this age requirement. Employees of GMK or Beretta, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participating. STRICT LIMITATION: Only one (1) cap may be claimed per person for the entire duration of the British Shooting Show (February 13th – 15th, 2026). Attempts to claim multiple caps using different QR codes or aliases will result in immediate disqualification.
• How to Participate To receive a unique QR code, the participant must successfully complete the short, approximately 2-minute online survey provided by the Promoter. Upon successful submission of the survey, the participant will receive a unique, one-time-use QR code (delivered via email or displayed on screen). The QR code must be presented by the participant on a mobile device or as a printout at the designated Beretta stand at the British Shooting Show 2026.
• Cap Redemption & Availability The QR code can be scanned and a cap claimed only at the Beretta stand at the British Shooting Show 2026. Caps can only be claimed during the following two daily redemption windows: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (GMT) 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (GMT) The giveaway is strictly limited to 500 caps per day (February 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2026). Availability is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis during the specified time slots. Once the daily limit of 500 caps has been reached, the giveaway is immediately closed for that day.
• General Conditions A successful survey submission and possession of a valid QR code does not guarantee a cap. The Promoter accepts no liability if a participant is unable to claim a cap because the daily limit has been reached.
• The QR code is unique and valid for one redemption only by the participant who completed the survey. Once scanned, it becomes void.
• The caps are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative product will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the cap for an alternative item of equal or greater value if circumstances outside of its control make it necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry or redemption process or acting in a manner contrary to the spirit or intent of the giveaway.
• Data Protection and Privacy Personal data collected during the survey and for the provision of the QR code will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gmk.co.uk/privacy. By completing the survey, participants agree that their data may be used for for internal marketing analysis
