All goods returned must be accompanied by a completed GMK Returns Form. Goods returned without prior agreement may be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense. Goods returned without prior authorisation may also be subject to a 10% handling charge. Goods returned in a soiled or damaged condition will not be credited in full. Any goods returned, whether for credit or repair, must be adequately packed. Firearms must be returned via a secure carrier. The goods will be tested upon receipt. If no fault is found, the Customer will be liable for the carriage charge incurred in returning the goods to GMK. Any repairs attempted by a party other than GMK will invalidate the warranty. The Customer must accept faulty goods from their own customers where the goods in question were originally purchased by that customer from GMK. ■ Order cancellations Order cancellations must be made in writing or by email. Items being returned where the return has not been notified to us in writing will be returned at the Buyer’s expense. ■ Variations in specification No variation by us in the specification or design of the goods shall constitute a breach of contract or impose upon us any liability whatsoever. ■ Law The contract between the Supplier and the Customer shall be subject to English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. ■ Premises & location GMK has a policy of only dealing with customers who have bona fide retail premises of a ‘good’ standard, as determined by our Sales Team. We reserve the right not to grant full account status to new accounts that are in close geographical proximity to existing retail customers. This policy may also be applied when an existing customer opens a new branch or moves location. ‘Geographical proximity’ will also take into account local population densities and will be determined by our Sales Department. In exceptional circumstances, we may waive the above restrictions. We reserve the right to reverse our decision to grant account status during the first year of trading. ■ Selling on GMK acts as the sole UK distributor for the brands we represent. We therefore reserve the right to withdraw account status from customers who are actively reselling our products to other retail businesses, thereby contravening our premises and location policies. ■ Procedure for returning goods Please contact the GMK Sales Office to seek authorisation to return goods at: sales@gmk.co.uk E&OE (Errors and omission excepted) Details given in this brochure are as accurate as possible at the time of printing; however, we reserve the right to improve or modify designs, specifications and components without prior notice.
