Congratulations on the purchase of your GMK imported gun

Beretta offer a 2 year guarantee free of charge. However, providing you complete the online application within 30 days of purchase, your guarantee will be extended to 3 years. In addition, GMK will extend this guarantee by a further 7 years, to a total of 10 years (at the time of registration) for a one-off payment of £60.00. This guarantee is subject to all of the provisions of the original warranty and covers the repair of any mechanical fault arising from defects in materials or manufacture.

Important:

Replacement of wood due to defects in materials or manufacture which could not have been detected prior to purchase, will only be made within a period of 12 months from the date of sale - this element of the guarantee cannot be extended.

Guarantee

GMK Ltd guarantee to repair or rectify free of charge any fault arising from defects in materials or manufacture, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase [from a GMK authorised dealer]. Guns purchased from an unauthorised dealer will not be covered by the terms of this guarantee. A carriage and/or handling charge may be made.

GMK does not warrant the wood (stock and forend (matching of pieces)) or metal appearance with respect to finish, dents, scratches, cuts, etc. which are, or should be, apparent to the purchaser when the product is purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from obvious defects or damage.

THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID IF THE FIREARM HAS BEEN ABUSED, MISUSED, DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, FIRED WITH HAND LOADED AND/OR RELOADED OR IMPROPER AMMUNITION OR WITH AN OBSTRUCTION IN THE BARREL, OR DAMAGED BY FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR OF ANY PARTS, INCLUDING METAL, WOOD, PLASTIC, RUBBER AND OTHER MATERIALS, SURFACE FINISH OR WHERE AN UNATHORISED REPAIR AND/OR ALTERATION HAS BEEN PERFORMED.

This guarantee gives only the original purchaser specific legal rights and is only valid for Beretta firearms distributed in the UK and Eire, by GMK Ltd. Should repair attention be required for this firearm, please return it to the GMK dealer from which it was purchased, along with your sales receipt. The terms of this guarantee do not affect your statutory rights.

Burris / Tikka warranty promotion

Terms below are exclusive to the Burris / Tikka warranty promotion

• Burris/Tikka extended warranty offer runs until 31/12/2024. To benefit from the additional warranty period for your Tikka rifle, warranty applications must be submitted by this date.
• GMK Ltd reserve the right to withdraw or extend the period of which the Burris/Tikka extended warranty offer is applicable.
• The Burris/Tikka Extended warranty offer is entirely administered by GMK Ltd and does not effect the standard 2+1 year warranty period that comes with all Tikka rifles.
• Additional warranty offered by GMK Ltd is for a period of 7 years and runs as an addition to the initial 2+1 year warranty offered as standard on all Tikka rifles.
• GMK Ltd will offer the additional 7 year warranty to take effect after the initial 2+1 year warranty period offered as standard on all Tikka rifles has expired.
• GMK Ltd will apply the additional 7 year warranty period to the mechanical components of your rifle only.
• The GMK Ltd additional warranty period is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
• Both Burris Optic/Thermal and Tikka Rifle must be purchased new within the same transaction to qualify.
• Proof of purchase showing both the Burris Optic/Thermal and Tikka Rifle must be submitted to GMK Ltd at point of Tikka Warranty registration.
• Application of this offer does not affect the standard Life Time warranty period of your Burris Optic (3 year warranty period for Burris Thermal product)
• Both Burris Optic/Thermal and Tikka Rifle should be purchased from a registered, authorised GMK Ltd dealer.
