This page (as well as any links, documents or references on it) advises you of the terms & conditions of use for our website; www.gmk.co.uk. Please make sure you read these terms & conditions carefully before you use this site or make any purchases. You should be aware that by using our site and/or ordering any products through our site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, please refrain from using or purchasing from our website.

Definitions

We are GMK Ltd. We are the leading shooting sports distributor in the UK. Our office address is GMK Ltd, Bear House, Concorde Way, Fareham, PO15 5RL. We are a registered company in England (08420479). The website is www.gmk.co.uk. Our electronic mail address is sales@gmk.co.uk. Our phone number is 01489 579 999. Our fax number is 01489 579 950. You are the website user. You become the customer when placing an order. We will also refer to you as 'your' or 'the customer'. Us/We/Our refers to us here at GMK Ltd. When you purchase from us, we become your retailer. Our VAT number is GB172993469 The language for the conclusion of contracts is British English only.

Your status & account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, should you choose to activate one with GMK Ltd. You agree to be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, which is why you must be vigilant when it comes to protecting your password and unauthorised access to your computer. You must contact us immediately if you feel that you have any reason to believe that your account's security may have been compromised, or if you feel that your account has been used in an unauthorised manner. If you choose to register an account with GMK Ltd, you must ensure all details are complete and correct, and inform us immediately of any mistakes or changes to be made. By placing an order on our site, or by opening an account, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you are at least 18 years old. You may not transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract without our prior written consent.

Shipping & Deliveries

We will ensure that all orders will be shipped in a timely fashion. This will usually be within 48 hours on a weekday. If an order is placed on a weekend, then the order will be dispatched the following working day. We use a separate delivery company for our goods. This means that upon shipping, the risk of loss passes to this delivery company. If you receive an order confirmation, but you do not receive your goods in a timely fashion, please contact the delivery company for further details. If the delivery company are unable to help, please contact us and we shall try to help. We cannot be held liable for delayed orders should our delivery company not arrive to collect our shipments on your order day. If this unlikely event occurs, then the order will leave us the following working day. We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience that is caused by delays which are down to our delivery company. This could include (but is not limited to) the courier redirecting a parcel to an incorrect depot or being unable to find a customer address. Unless otherwise stated, dispatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. Our couriers will only ship and deliver to the addressee. The delivery address MUST be in the UK or Ireland. We do not ship to overseas territories. If you would prefer the delivery address to be different from your billing address (e.g. a work address or neighbor address) please ensure you insert this address in the Delivery Details section. On all orders, a £5.00 (Inc. VAT) delivery charge will be applied. This excludes Ireland, where a standard charge of £14.95 will apply. Claims for incomplete or non-deliveries must be made within 10 working days of our receipt of your order. There must be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. Goods cannot be left unattended in a designated safe place. If you feel that you may not be able to sign for delivery, please consider entering a different delivery address (e.g. work address, neighbor's address)

Prices, Payment & Availability

Prices, orders & bills are displayed in Pound Sterling and include VAT at 20%. These prices are subject to change without prior notice. You will not be affected by a price change if you have already received an order confirmation email. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. See (3.7) for details of delivery charges. We will only have items on the website that are currently in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will not be displayed on the website. On the rare occasion that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative. Despite our best efforts, occasionally an item on the website may be mispriced. A product will always be sold at the price stated on the website, except in cases of massive & obvious error. See (13.2) for more details. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Payment method can be MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. Failure to provide correct billing information will lead to a canceled or delayed order. The card security number will be required on all orders, and on some payments further 3D verification may be required. On the rare occasion that payment is not accepted online, please contact the sales office (contact details in 1.2). Payment can then be taken over the phone. Our website only sells to individuals who can pay with debit or credit cards. We accept no other method of payment, such as cash, cheque, or postal order. Although payment is handled by a third party (Opayo), your privacy is of utmost importance. No payment card details are ever kept by GMK Ltd, no matter whether they are taken online or over the phone. For more details, read our privacy policy statement. After payment has been received, you will be sent an email from us acknowledging your order. Please note that this does not mean that the order has been accepted or that we are guaranteeing supply. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy an item. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. If we do not accept your order, we will refund payment via the original payment method.


Terms & Conditions: 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. The Promoter The promoter of this Competition is GMK Ltd (the "Promoter").
  2. Eligibility The Competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom (UK). Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter. Proof of UK residency may be required upon request before the prize is issued.
  3. Competition Period The Competition will run for 12 consecutive days, commencing on [December 1st, 2025] and ending on [December 12th, 2025] (the "Competition Period"). There will be a new prize draw each day of the Competition Period. Entries for each day's draw will open when the daily prize post is published and will close at [11:59 PM GMT] on that same day.
  4. How to Enter To enter the Competition for a specific day's prize, entrants must complete all three of the following actions on the corresponding daily Facebook post/page: Follow the GMK Ltd Facebook page. Like The daily Competition post. Share the daily Competition post to their Facebook timeline (or story/group, if specified).
    Only one entry per person, per day is permitted. Failure to complete all three steps (Follow, Like, Share,) will result in disqualification for that day's draw.
  5. The Prize There will be one winner chosen each day of the Competition Period, resulting in a total of 12 winners. The daily prize will be clearly specified in the corresponding daily Facebook post. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner for each day's prize will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that specific day's draw. The winner for each daily draw will be selected and notified within [24 hours] of the entry period closing for that day. The winner will be notified via a comment on the winning post or a direct message on Facebook. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final.
  7. Data Protection and Publicity
  8. By entering the Competition, the winner consents to the use of their name and image in promotional materials and on the Promoter's social media pages. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  9. General The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta). You are providing your information to GMK Ltd and not to Facebook. By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook from any and all liability related to the Competition. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, or delayed in transmission due to any reason, including but not limited to, technical or system malfunctions.
